Info to send with the I-129F

Where can i find a CURRENT additions to the I-129F packet that I am going to send in June? I am filing the 13 page one, and I hear the 325a is not required anymore. Complete copy of my visa, proof of travel, birth certificate, past marriages, pictures, $525 check, g-1145, letter of intent for both of us. I can't find the info on what to include, and have looked at the you tube videos, but they are the 6 pages applications, not the 13 page.

It's the same as the 6 page version except the 2 x G-325As are not needed. A list of everything needed with the I-129F is here:

Just ignore the G-325As. Everything else is the same.

  • For #54 (how you met in person within the last 2 years), if the answer does not fit in the box then you can include more information in Part 8 and/or include it as an attachment (be sure to sign and date it)
  • Attach evidence of said meeting(s):
    • Copies of all airline boarding passes, train passes, itineraries, hotel receipts, passport stamps (make sure you can read the dates on the stamps), and other documentary evidence that you have met within the last two years. You may want to highlight or place post-it notes indicating the dates and locations on the copies (to make the adjudication easier) for the person reviewing your file.
    • Color Photo's of you and your fiance together. Make sure you write your names, date, and location on the back of every photo. Provide two to five photo's. If you only have a single copy of the photo, then make a color copy and send that. If it is a digital photo, have it printed at a local photo store such as Walgreens (if at all possible) or if not on a high quality printer. Place photo's in a plastic bag or photo sheet and label the sheet. Note that you may not receive originals of photo's back.
    • The following items will not typically show proof of having met in the last two years however will show proof of an ongoing relationship: Copies of land line and cell phone bills, appropriate letters and emails, stamps on the letters (to document the date they were sent), and other written documentary proof. Provide a reasonable amount; two to four of each type. Pick a range of dates up to and including the present. You can also include a copy of engagement ring receipt (this is something that is a big optional - do not worry if you do not have a ring yet!)
• G-1145 (optional but recommended)
• Cover Letter. Should include a description of what your are petitioning for (I-129F), a table of contents (list everything in the packet). If you need additional room to explain your case, attach a separate sheet (list the attachment on the cover sheet). Make sure to sign and date the cover sheet.
• Original statements (from both the US Citizen and foreign fiance) certifying an intent to marry within 90 days of entering the US on a valid K-1
• One passport-type photo (see specification) of the US Citizen. Write the full name of the US citizen on the back. Place in a plastic bag and label the bag "Photo of <Insert US Citizen's Name>". Attach the bag to a sheet of paper and place behind the corresponding G-325a.
• One passport-type photo (see specification) of the foreign fiance. Write the full name of the foreign fiance on the back. Place in a plastic bag and label the bag "Photo of (insert foreign fiance name) ". Attach the bag to a sheet of paper and place behind the corresponding G-325a.
• Copy of the Birth certificate (front and back) for the US Citizen or a copy of ALL pages of the US Citizen's passport issued with a validity of at least 5 years or a copy of the US Citizen's naturalization certificate (front and back). This is used to establish citizenship.
• Copy of final Divorce Decree(s) or Certificate(s) for the US Citizen and/or foreign fiance if either has been previously married. If the previous marriage of the US Citizen and/or foreign fiance ended due to the death of their spouse then include a Copy of Death Certificate(s) documenting that fact.
• Proof of Legal Name Change if either the US Citizen and/or foreign fiance is using a name other than that shown on the relevant documents. You must give USCIS copies of the legal documents that made the change, such as a marriage certificate, adoption decree or court order.
• In regards to Section C Question 2, if applicable provide certified copies of all court and police records showing the charges and dispositions for any specified conviction(s) (in accordance with the IMBRA). See section 9 of the I-129f instructions for more information.

As geowrian said everything else is the same.  The reason it's 13 pages and the g325a is not needed is that it's simply now included in the i129f. All sup porting documents are still the same. Also, no matter how many online checklist you look at when filling uscis applications, always make sure to double check the instructions, it's all in there. If anything has changed or specifically been added it'll be in there and you can't be sure that other checklist are always updated.

I have a waiver to also add, remember you responded to my note here one time. I will insert that in order with the other extra pages like the divorce papers. Also, I copied the photos and put a note on the date and place, or should I send the originals?

Correct. You will need to include any waivers as well (and a G-28 if using an attorney to represent you...not just to help file).

 

Copies of supporting evidence, such as photos, are fine.

I recently just back from PH on the 15th, and Im waiting for 1 court document before I send mine in.. My passport has only the recent PH entry stamp, are all the pages needed for filing?

Correct. No G-28 is needed for you, then.

I did not have to use a waiver personally. For a general waiver, there's not much to it...just state the circumstances of the past petitions. They're looking for serial filers who might be engaging in activities of being paid for petitioning for a visa. From what you've stated, there's no reason for them to believe that's the case so it's basically a formality.
