I submitted a change of address on April 6, 2017 and was told to expect a reply by April 17, 2017. It is now the middle of May and no reply was given. I tried to submit an inquiry online and I could not do so because my total processing time is less than 6 months. I am just concerned about my package. I understand it takes a lot of time but nobody replied to my request to change address. I also tried to call the California service center where it is being processed and I only get machines or disconnected numbers. If anyone has any info or recommendations that can alleviate my concerns it would be greatly appreciated.

I changed my address about 3 weeks ago, and I had to do so by AR-11, as I live internationally and they can't updated any address over the phone or online for the USC. With that format, I read I don't get any confirmation either. So how the hell am I supposed to know if it was done? The entire Immigration process is so stone age and not user friendly. So, I sympathize with you.

Btw.. there is not direct number to CSC. you have to call the USCIS.

You need to call USCIS. If necessary, submit the change of address again.
