About what reason my k1 visa has been AP for over 3 months. When they said it will take only a month

Further admisitrative processing can take up to 60 days. But over 3 Months seems long even according to the information page https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/general/administrative-processing-information.html

Did you call or write them an email? I think email is probably the safest option here but it doesn't surprise me if it takes more than 3 days for them to get back to you. Note, in most places they don't work on saturdays and sundays.

Wait longer.

There is nothing you can say or do to make AP go faster; it takes as long as it takes, and your emails, phone calls, faxes, or even messages from congressmen and senators do not help in any appreciable way.
