Hello.. There are a few questions that I would like to inquire regarding the application of AOS based from K1 visa...

1. Should I fill in a new G325A for AOS or the USCIS will based it from my G325A from my K1 application...

2. Can I correct some information from my G325A (K1 application) when I fill in the new G325A.. There are a few errors that I have unknowingly done while I was filling in the K1 G325A and I would like to ask if I can change them for the new G325A for AOS? This is regarding the employment history... I didn't know that I can state unemployed in the form so I just continued the date (since I should not leave a time span unanswered) from my previous employment to the next one...

May I ask for any suggestion to resolve the issue...

Should I be worried that this might be a ground for a denied green card

thank you so much of the help and God bless us all!

Yes, the applicant fills out a new g-325a for the AOS.

The AOS is a completely new application so don't worry about the form you sent with your K-1. Just fill out a new for your AOS with the correct info.

K-1: 12-22-2015 - 09-07-2016 (260 days)

AP: 12-20-2016 - 04-07-2017 (108 days)

EAD: 01-18-2017 - 05-30-2017 (132 days)

AOS: 12-20-2016 - 07-26-2017 (217 days)

ROC: 04-19-2019 earliest filing date

As Scandi says, the i485 is a new application and, although contingent on a previous k1, you still need to supply all new documents (when asked for). As long as you can (if asked) explain the discrepancy between the two forms, it's not an issue.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.
