So I'm stressing on this K1 visa application and was was hoping for all your expertise!

There is a new Form I-129F.

I-129F https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-129f.pdf?download=1

What should I put in space that don't apply to me or my fiance? For example, the form has the following fields for BENEFICIARY's PHYSICAL ADDRESS 1:

Street name and Number

Apt / Ste / Flr

City/Town

State

Zip Code

Province

Postal Code

My fiance does not live in the US so she does not have a state or zip code. In those spaces do I put a "N/A"

And if my fiance does not have a social security number or alien reg. number, do I put a "NONE"

Also do we need a G-325A with the new application? The instructions doesn't list it

Thank you

I would enter either "None" or "N/A" in the boxes that do not apply.  I would leave the A# and SSN number blank if they don't have one since the instructions on the form include "(if any)".

There is another thread discussing the need for the G325A.  All signs point to not needing it per the latest I129F form updated April 2017 since all the information from that form is now on the I129F form.  I have heard a couple of people contacted USCIS and they were also told it is not needed.  It is up to you to include it or not.  If you follow the instructions, I would leave it out, but be advised, the I129F optional checklist still shows it, however it appears this checklist was not updated with the new form as it shows it was last updated in April 2016.

Good Luck!

If you fill it out on PDF some spaces will not even allow you to put anything at all once you answer as yes or no question.

I printed it out after filling out what I could on the computer and put N/A or none where relevant.

No G-325A is needed and I did not include any. That was the whole point of the new form to reduce paper work or at least reduce a form.

Why or why did they not think of that years ago. It's also great now because the G-325A does not require a signature of the foreigner BUT don't forget 2 signed Letter of intent to Marry's

Good luck
