Medical is good for 12 months vefore submitting it to uscis and then for 12 months ince submitted. We had our medical done on 12/10/16, gave it to them on 11/28 at the interview. So it will be valid until 11/27/18.

When did it expire? It is a very good sigh which means that they are ready to approve the case!

It expired on Nov 8. As i said  i had the interview back in July, and on the 29 of November I made an  infopass for December 13. The letter is dated 11/30/2017 witch means if I didn’t make the infopass i still was gonna wait. How long after they receive the medical they make a decision?

Oh Wow  I didn't realize the medical appointment is only good for 12 months after you submit you AOS papers?

So if Baltimore is taking 12-14 months to have GC interviews then my husband will likely have to receive another medical appointment? Is this correct?

His initial medical appointment was in Australia in December of 2016. We submitted our AOS July 2017 a week after we got married. It sounds like it is 50/50 we will have an interview before July 2017 because Baltimore appears to be so backlogged.

so Baltimore is 7-12 months, if you applied with a bunch of evidence, then you will most likely not even receive an interview notice, it will be approved right there w/out a need for an interview. did you submit any evidence?

Our evidence of relationship was submitted with our K1 packet, my husbands was approved for his K1 in less than 5 minutes when he had that interview (I was actually in Sydney with him visiting when he went to the interview).

We submitted our AOS less than one week after we returned from our marriage so we only submitted our marriage certificate with our AOS (as it did not ask for evidence with the AOS). Our wedding pictures and video took 6-8 weeks from our wedding photographer and we started marrying our bank accounts a month after we got married. We got married only 2-3 weeks after he arrived to the US (We had planned our wedding over the year before, I know its not recommended but my husband really wanted his family and friends there so we took the risk).

He lived in Baltimore for 4 years for work, which is when we met, and moved back to Australia for about 18 months after he left Baltimore.

let's hope they won't call you both for an interview which can make AOS approval within 3-4 months only

Thanks! That will be our hope as well. I would hate to spend a ridiculous amount of money on another medical appointment and have it hold up his Green Card because Baltimore is so far behind.
