Don't forget the "Ivan-ka" thing. Not only this bizarre hatred for his daughter, but making fun of her Russian heritage. I thought the left loved celebrating ethnicity.. thus far they're making fun of Trump's German ethnicity, Jared's Jewish ethnicity, and Ivanka's Russian ethnicity, solely as a tantrum because of losing the election. There's no mistaking who the bigots really are.
