Hello everyone, I wanted to be 100% certain on which documents need to be submitted with the I-130. I have read mixed things about newer versions of the I-130 needing different docs along with it vs older ones. I have the most current copy of form I-130 ready to be sent off.

I would really appreciate it if someone could either post pictures of their I-130 packet or list everything in it. Would particularly love to hear from anyone who has already passed that stage and has had I-130 step approved.

Some sites say no birth certificate for the beneficiary needed, some say a copy of the passport.

Apologies.... my post was in the same vein and didn't want to post a whole new topic.  I will next time.  I didn't mean to derail the post.   Also good news on not needing the beneficiaries birth certs.  I was just asking my wife to order hers!

I thought for AOS it might be necessary.

You won't hear from anyone that passed that stage with the new version, in 4/6 months is when people that applied with the new I-130 version will start getting approvals
