Can i hand write the cover letter for i130

I have no access to a printer currently and wondering if handwriting it in pen is acceptable on notebook paper

Always is the library or save to USB then take to a print shop.

I wouldn't take the risk of someone not being able to read your handwriting. Printed looks very much more professional. We didn't have access to a printer when we were going through AOS so we put our files on a USB drive and took them to Kinkos to print.

 

As a further note to this, it also means you have a digital copy. What if your petition gets lost? You'll have to do it all over again.

Yes, you can hand write your cover letter.  It is acceptable as long as it looks neat and is legible, however I do agree with the others in that it looks more professional than simply being put onto notebook paper.  As others have suggested you can go to a print store or public library and make necessary copies/fill out your documents there.  I believe UPS also offers such print services inside their stores.  Don't settle for mediocre.  This is immigration.  It should look good and be good.  You are telling a story through a bunch of documents. What about friends and relatives?  Do what you have to do.
