can you help me how to answer this 62a , 62b ,62c ,it says the beneficiary will not apply for adjustment of status in the united states , but he or she will apply for inan immigrant visa abroad at the U.S. Consulate in.Thanks, i am very thankful for all the people in this who help me.

Can you please help me what is the answer of this , it says the beneficiary is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the U.S.Citizenship and immigrant Services ( USCIS ) office in.                                                            61a. City or Town.........
61b. state.................

That implies if the beneficiary (person who is seeking immigration benefit to be a lawful permanent resident) is IN the U.S and will adjust status. The petitioner ( U.S citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident  petitioning ) will then put his/her city and state of residence in these fields. If beneficiary is overseas then the other section regarding embassy will be filled.

Adjustment of Status From F-1 Visa.

8/14/2014: Mailed AOS package: I-130, I-485, I-765.

8/18/2014: Accepted in Chicago. Transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

8/21/2014: Received NOA 1. I-130, I-485, I-765 in mail.

8/25/2014: Received biometrics in mail. Scheduled for 9/8/2014

9/24/2014: EAD approved. 36 Days!

10/01/2014: EAD mailed.

10/03/2014: Received EAD card.

10/14/2014: I-485 moved to testing and interview.

1/28/2015: Interview scheduled for 3/4/2015.

1/31/2015: Received interview notice.

3/4/2015: Interview completed and APPROVED!

3/5/2015: Welcome notice mailed and I-130 Approved.

3/10/2015: Welcome notice and I-130 approval notice received.

3/12/2015: Green card mailed.

3/14/2015: Green card delivered.

Removal of Conditions: 

12/14/2016: Mailed I-751.

12/19/2016: NOA issued.

01/26/2017: Biometrics.

05/03/2018: I-751 transfered to NBC.

02/27/2019: Joint I-751/N-400 Interview.

05/14/2019: I-751 APPROVED.

Naturalization:

12/02/2017: Mailed N 400 to Phoenix, AZ Lockbox. (I-751 still pending)

12/05/2017: Package delivered in Phoenix, AZ. Transferred to Harrisonburg Processing Center.

12/07/2017: Notice of action issued. (IOE)

12/26/2017: Biometrics.

01/23/2019: Interview Scheduled for 2/27/2019.

02/27/2019: Joint I-751/N-400 interview. N-400 recommended for approval.

05/16/2019: N-400 APPROVED! Placed in line for oath ceremony.

05/17/2019: Oath ceremony notice mailed.

Seeing you have applied for a K3, you should fill N/A by hand. Those two questions are meant for those AOSing from inside the US, not your case.

K3 is obsolete. You should file for IR/CR. What you fill in the set 62, is basically the Embassy/Consulate in your spouse's country. For the Philippines is then, Manila, Manila(?!), Philipinnes.

You should read properly before you jump on impulse and tell people they're wrong. That section is plain simple if the beneficial is seeking to adjust status in the U.S or not. So where is the wrong information? By the way K-3 visas are obsolete and not even applicable anymore as I-130's are processed faster under 6 months for years now, so if OP will fall under CR1/ IR1 depending on how long they've been married.

Correct me if I'm wrong :wacko:, but K3 (yes, IR/CR) is what the OP is filing for, thus not AOS (it doesn't even matter whether the spouse is in the US at the time of filing, there's a specific question for that), thus the answers are both N/A (can type it for the city, but have to handwrite it for the State).

You will never know until you try.

When you reply on VJ by phone timelines are not available, so I was giving a generic interpretation of his/her question and not a specific answer pertaining to OP's situation. OP had to chose and apply appropriately based on the interpretation. The fact that I did not specifically chose OP's option doesn't mean I'm wrong. English is dynamic, you're looking at it from a single lens. If you had "read" you would've understood I was giving a generic answer.
