I need someone to point me to right direction please. I am about to file for my husband and need sample of affidavit of third parties acknowledging the marital union. Does the affidavit have to be from each person? Also when sending in the Affidavit does it have to be the original or photocopy? Thanks all!

Such affidavits are not required and carry little to zero weight in the overall evaluation of a file.  Evidence of time spent together in-person is the strongest evidence you can present, if you have plenty of this kind of evidence, skip the affidavits.

Affidavits can be from anyone but may not carry much weight although may help for high risk countries.

If you or your spouse are including one from either you, him or both, you should title it Evolution of Relationship letter and detail out your relationship/history/background.

Signed in ink since it is an affidavit.

Sample below.

Hope that helps!

You mean if the affidavits need to be from both you and your spouse? Because the affidavit just needs to be from whoever is confirming your relationship to be valid/real and there'd be one copy for the both of you

Oh ok, Now I understand it better. I was thinking each had to come from me and one from my husband.
