No information has been found about the application number you entered. Please check carefully the number you entered. Your case number is clearly listed on your 221(g) refusal sheet and on all official correspondence from the Embassy regarding your immigration case. Please note the standard format for case numbers.

Can anyone let me know what should I do with following attachment. Please

So you're applying for a K-1 visa and you've just gotten the case number from NVC

The next step really depends on the country. In some countries you must wait to receive instructions from the consulate or embassy, in others you can start fill out the DS-160 and schedule an interview without hearing from them first. You should check out what the Abu Dhabi embassy says on their website and you can also contact them asking about next steps. Check in the regional forum and ask there how the process works for UAE.

Sure, I have already applied for K1 fiance /fiancee visa and I got the case number from them as you imagined.

You are right I was waiting for them since 25 January 2017 but I didn't hear from them anything, by Telephone/e-mail and finally I called to them (embassy) and they said go to the usvisa.Info.com and schedule your K1 fiance visa from there and also I already completed my DS-160 form as well as I done my medical I have interview on 30 April 2017 and my lawyer explained to them about my visa and they said by embassy e-mail if the applicant schedule his interview and gather his documentson it will be fine but I am just have a little tension why I did not get my Visa Appointment Letter from them..

If you followed the steps the embassy outlined for you then there's no reason to worry. Many embassies don't mail out appointment letters anymore and just correspond over email. I'm assuming you have some sort of electronic confirmation of your interview? It sounds like everything is on track.
