Ive just read that someone's K1 got RFE because they didn't send the benificaries birth certificate. But on the K1 application guide lines it doesn't say we need my birth certificate?!??

It says we need his go prove hes a US citizen.. but not mine as a British citizen??!?

Do we need both?? It seriously doesn't mention that anywhere!

you dont need send beneficiary birthcertificate or passport copy.

all needed from beneficiary is g325a, intent to marry letter and 2 passport style pictures.

That's not true. If either party is not a US citizen by birth, then you need to send proof of citizenship of each country. I (petitioner) am not US citizen by birth. I sent in my US naturalization certificate (instead of my non-US birth certificate ) plus sent my US passport copies. You want to "front load" your application so that they won't have anything to ask for. For the beneficiary we sent in a translated copy of birth certificate with copy of original as wel.

Just because you front loaded your application does not mean it is a requirement ormandatory to send the beneficiary's birth certificate.

Well if you read the instructions you would know what I'm saying. I'm not here to argue. You want kickback, you will have it. Read the application instructions sweetheart.

the person here is asking about send birth certificate from the beneficiary,

birth certificate from beneficiary isnt needed for fiance visa package , the birth certificate is needed at the interview stage.

show with the instructions where USCIS ask for beneficiary's birth certificate at the i-129f apliacation.

i am going to wait that you show me that.

You need to show his (beneficiary's) citizenship- if using birth certificate then provide copies. If using National passport then provide copies of that instead. But you need to provide SOMETHING that establishes his identity. He has to come from a state (country of origin). Stateless persons though are a seperate question.
