My husband and I filed the I-130 in December after I received permission from my job in Israel to take a year's leave to get a master's.  My program is only a year, and after lots of consultation with lawyers, we have decided to withdraw the petition.  He likely wouldn't be approved until January, and due to a new job offer we are planning to return to Israel anyway. The program is August - May and he will come visit me while I complete the program.

Our I-130 is still at the Nebraska Service Center and we are still in the NOA-1 phase.  My questions are: 1) Where do I address the withdrawal letter (some sources said the NVC, some said the service center where it is being processed), and 2) What do I put into a withdrawal letter?  The only info on USCIS's site relates to falsely petitioning, which is not the case for us.

Thanks in advance.
