I-129F - Edition 12/23/16

Hi Guys,

 

My fiance was just about to send off the I-129f petition but we've discovered we're using an old edition (06/13/13).

Normally there wouldn't be a problem, I'd just download the new edition a refill it, but the I-129f just changed yesterday quite extensively and there are some parts of it which are unclear.

The edition dated 12/23/16 is valid until June but no longer available from the USCIS site, does anyone have a pdf copy of it?

If you do let me know, It would be immensely helpful.

You must use the one that's on the USCIS website.

I wouldn't try any other version of it.

Another couple just had their K-1 packet returned because USCIS said they used the old form. Although USCIS website says the 12/23/2016 version can be used till 6/8/2017, you might want to consider using the most current albeit lengthier form. If you still insist on using the 12/23/2016 version, I do have a soft copy, which I'm more than happy to share with you.

Thanks for the replies, I've managed to get a hold of a copy which we previously saved, we should be sending it off today.
