I send all the documents for my two sons on January 26th 2017 I called a couple times and from 6 weeks went to 8 weeks and now to 11 weeks the process to review the documents. All is pay. I hope receive some news however if not there is a form you can send to them requesting info. Please go to

What kind of documents did you send? Is your filing process just start or are you at the NVC stage? If you're at the nvc stage its just a waiting game until they contact you.

What exactly are you waiting for? The notification that the received the cases or a decision?

 

The overall process from beginning to end will be more than 7 years.

I am waiting for the date for interviews. I send the 260 for my two sons and pay the fees.

When did you initially file for them? Is their priority date current? Was the documents you sent in January 26 of this year the initial petition?

It looks like he is waiting for case closed. You just have to wait on nvc for the case close and then they'll scheduled you for an interview

I initiate the petition in February 2010 which is actually my priority date 02/21/10 . Then receive approval in June 2010. Their dates are pass due from the visa bulletin 

I called twice to NVC they tell me to wait 11 weeks 

those 11 weeks will be complete in April 13

my daughter ( is here because the visa lottery) is marrying in July 21 and I wonder if my sons be here to walk her to the aisle 

i am crazy because I miss too much then 

obviously like all of you miss your family

Hi guys today I receive a news from NVC that the case is now  waiting the date for interview. NVC will work with the embassy to schedule the interview...I wonder for how long...

You should get your IL at the end of the month, they start scheduling from 27th, and it'll be set for June.
