Not my case but I'm asking for a person I know. The petitioner is US Citizen, they got married already, and now he wants to bring her to the US under CR1 visa. But the point is, he can't work, he is kind of depressive and he isn't allowed to work for years. He has no income. He can't find any person who can be a co- sponsor. So her question is, is there any legal ways to sponsor a beneficiary, maybe a joint sponsor service, if yes, then how risky it is?
Thank you so much :)

unfortunately not,

each person has to find a joint sponsor, within family, friends, people they know

I wouldn't risk being a joint sponsor for somebody I don't know

he can always move to be together somewhere else

He has no income. Not "allowed" to work. What does that mean? I interpret "not allowed to work" as meaning that he is on SSI/disability and if he works..well, he loses his government check. Sounds like he is on mental/psychiatric disability. They got married, which means he likely traveled to Vietnam and handled that situation. So, is he really "disabled?" He has money to travel and get married, but can't work. BIG RED FLAG! How is he going to support his wife? This sounds like something that will never fly at an interview. And quite honestly, I'd be concerned about this situation. No income. No future.

True. His wife is concerned about their future too. He has mental problems that he can not work (maybe I have lack of English to explain :P ). She said he is getting just a little bit money from the gorvernment every month. Maybe he borrows somebody's money to travel to VN and married his current wife. And even if she moves to the US, she is going to try harder and hardest to live :)
