The I-797C is the NOA1 informing you guys that USCIS have received the petition. You need to wait for the I-797 aka NOA2 to know if you're approved or not. It's gonna take about 3 months or so before a case is adjudicated upon receipt. So sit back and relax while you gather the subsequent documents for the potential K-1 stage for when your I-129F is approved.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

It has only been 2 months. There is still plenty of time. You have to wait and let them do their job.

i am confused about next step the USCIS will inform us or it will updated on case status and what is approximately process time

They will update the status on myUSCIS page as well as send the petitioner a text + e-mail as well as a hardcopy that's the NOA2. To check the current processing times, you can look it up on USCIS website. VJ also has estimated processing times.

Thank you KULtoATL  i understand that i have to wait more 1 month hopefully to get my NOA2

what is the next process after NOA 2 and the time period ?

From NOA2, it will take about a month for file transfer from USCIS -> NVC -> embassy.

As soon as there's an indication of a NOA2, the petitioner needs to start gathering tax documents, complete the I-134 and sign a new letter if intent to send to the beneficiary.

Subsequently, after the embassy sends you the Packet 3 or 4, it probably takes about a month for your medical checkup and scheduling of interview before you even attend one.

This is a good guide. Make it your friend!
