Hello everyone.  Please i'm in a unique situation and I need your kind advice.  I filed for my AOS and EAD 1/25/17.  Few days later I received my NOA1.  On 02/21/2017 I went for my biometrics and every thing went well.  Few days later I received an RFE dated 2/24/2017 for my AOS (I-485) application.  I was asked to submit the information listed below at one time.  But the funny thing is that no information was listed on the RFE which makes it impossible for me to know what they want and I'm giving 87 days to reply else my case will be denied.  In the mail sent to me, they said they forwarded a copy to my attorney which he never received till date.  I immediately contacted the USCIS customer care and I was referred to the 2nd tier customer care and they have not been able to give us an answer not even my attorney.  Is already past one month and we have heard nothing from USCIS.  Has anyone been in the same situation? Will the RFE have any impact on EAD application.  Please your kind response will be deeply appreciated.

What exactly does the letter say. Can you redact it and post? What is your lawyer doing about this? You paid them they should be doing the calling and such.

The letter says in part:

"This office is unable to complete the processing of your application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status (Form I-485) without initial information.  Submit ALL of the information requested below at one time.  Failure to do so will result in a denial.  You must submit the information within 87 days to: U.S Department of Homeland security, PO BOX 648004, Lee's Summit, MO 64002.  For Express Mail or Courier deliveries, send to USCIS, Attention: Adjustment of Status, 850 NW Chipman Rd,. Lee's Summit, MO 64063.  Include this letter with your response.

All copies must be clear and legible.  If you submit a document in a language other than English, it must be submitted with a full English translation.  The translator must certify that the translation is complete and accurate, and that he or she is competent to translate."

the rest were phone contacts to reach them on.

My lawyer has contacted them also but they are not able to tell her anything
