Hello guys!  I just wanna asked is it okay that the statement of intet to marry has no date?  But i sign it with my signature and date would it be fine?

A specific wedding date is not necessary in your intent to marry statement.   However, you will indicate that you intend to marry your foreign fiance with-in 90 days upon his/her entry into the US using the K-1 Visa.

Absolutely.

 

The intent to marry letter is a simple statement saying that you intend to marry you fiance within the 90 day time line that the K-1 allows once in the US. It does not need to have a specific date or type of wedding/marriage ceremony.

 

You both just need to complete one saying you will marry each other.

It has been answered already my friend.  You don't need to state a specific wedding day/date on your intent to marry form.  Think about it like this: because possible requests for evidence, long wait times, and even human error- it is generally discouraged to set a specific wedding date until after you have your K1 Visa approval in hand.

Of course, you have to sign the letter and date the letter with the date it was signed.
