confusion on Letter of Intent by Beneficiary

So i'm reaaally confused about this letter of intent. i've already research but the more i research the more confused i get. i have read that on the address area i must put the ADDRESS OF FILING LOCATION or the name of country where Embassy is located but i also saw that i only need to put the uscis address and then there's one that puts both uscis and embassy address. please someone help.

It depends on what stage you are at.

 

If this is the Letter of Intent required for the original petition I-129F, then it needs to be addressed to the USCIS where you intend to mail the petition.

 

If you have already submitted the I-129F and are speaking about an updated Letter of Intent needed for an embassy interview, then it should be addressed to the Embassy/Consulate wherever the Visa interview will be located.

 

I recommend looking at the guides on this site for K-1.

05/26/20 ~ Check cleared

07/13/20 ~ NOA Green Card Extension received

07/13/20 ~ NOA Regarding biometrics being applied
