So we recently settled down in our own home in the Town Of Oyster Bay within the Nassau County, NY.

According to [this link], two Field Offices serve the Nassau County resident's N400 applications for Naturalization: Long Island Field Office and New York City Field Office.

Any idea which would be considered our field office?

Thanks,

BTW, since you mentioned that you recently "settled down" in the Town of Oysyter Bar, you need to make sure that you met the "Three-month Residency Requirement" before you file your N-400.

Not sure, I'm sure there is a zip code list for both field offices. Some field offices are good about it, list which zip codes are included in their jurisdiction. Looking at the county border on the map, since you're to the northeast of the county, Long Island field office looks more likely.

Yes, we've been at our new place since April 2016, so I think we're good.

Another question:

I assume the field office handles the interview.

Is the field office usually also the same location for the biometrics and oath? (I have my doubts about the oath but still wanted to ask anyhow)

Thanks

Not necessarily will be the same office. You could be taken your biometric in a USCIS Application Support Center and interview at a Field Office. Here is the list of New York Application Support Center,

https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.summary&OfficeLocator.office_type=ASC&OfficeLocator.statecode=NY

In Los Angeles, we did our biometric at an application support center, interviewed at field office and oath ceremony at convention center with 3000 other applicants.
