Hi again community,
I-129F for Alien Fiance Part 2 no.15. If your fiance is currently in the United States complete the following-.

I am not currently in the United States but I have visited recently on the ESTA visa waiver. The 15.a. Says he or she last arrived as visitor, etc.15.d.Date authorized stay expired or will expire. If it has the choice that it has expired, does that not mean that you have visited and left?

Thank you.

there are plenty of people whose authorized stay day has expired but who continue to be in the US unauthorized.

if you're not currently in the US, I wouldn't fill out that question as it's not applicable to you.
