It definitely has. A month or so before we filed, things were much faster. It's unfortunate, but hopefully things pick up again soon.

We didn't receive a text, email or notification on the app! My husband just received the approval notice in the mail today, it's dated 04/07/2017. In fact, the website still says 'case was received' lol.

I am still waiting.  December 15 filer. I think it went to Nebraska from what it says on the NOA1. 

 

How long before I ask them if they lost my case??

Great news!! I just got my letter from NVC and my package is on its way to the embassy!! Does anyone know on average how long it takes from the embassy to send the letter for my fiancé to come get his interview date?

It is not good or bad. Your case is in Nebraska service center. It is NOT lost, but Nebraska is very backed up. It takes around 6 to 7 months for the NOA2. Just be patient.

Seriously?? We are Dec 15 at Nebraska and still waiting. My husband's job offer is going to expire before he is ever allowed to move to the US.

I know Nebraska is very backlogged....there are still some September filers at Nebraska still waiting for noa2.....i suggest you give them a call

It seems pretty unfair when they are approving people ahead of others. Not sure what worth a NOA even has then. It's depressing how disorganized and backwards the US is. I almost hope my husband will change his mind and we won't have to go.
