If you are the dependent, yes, but your sponsor has to fly with you.

Yes, i will be flying with my sponsor. Should i bring my NOA1 just in case? Thank you!

No problem.  Bring all the documentation you have.  Brown ID, copy of marriage certificate, and I would bring the NOA1...just in case.  Space A terminals don't look at USCIS paperwork.  They just check your ID and your sponsors' ID.  You're in DEERS, so you should be good.

If you have the time and PATIENCE, it's a good way to get around.  Who wouldn't want to go to Asia, Europe, Hawaii, and other locations, for free?

Yeah it is really awesome although im just tryinf to go to Virginia from Florida..plane tickets are pretty expensive in here lol

Virginia to Florida is easy.  Just depends on what parts of the states(s) you are in and trying to get to.
