Error logging in....please help!!

Since there were updates, I keep getting an error message: "The Display Name you entered does not belong to any account. Make sure that it is typed correctly." However, my account seems to be connected to my email, because I clicked "Forgot password" and am able to get logged in that way. The problem is, as soon as I close the page and then try to log in again, I get the same error and I need to create a new password again. What do I need to do?

***NOA dated 12/10/2020 USCIS stated they are able to reuse previous Biometrics***

Interview was easy. My hubby's Oath Ceremony is scheduled for February 25th. I can't watch >sad< but happy he is getting his certificate!

Can someone help me please? I still need to change my password every single time I want to log in. Is anyone else having this problem? If not, why just me? I didn't change anything.

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Can you try a different browser or incognito mode?

I tried Firefox, same error, tried anonymous login, same error. The only way I can log in is with a password reset, which I had to do to answer your post. I have no idea what's going on.

I have not made any network changes. I have cable internet. I don't have a static IP and no VPN. I assume my IP is dynamic but I'm not doing anything special. I can log into other website accounts with no problem. When I choose to reset my password it accept my email and connects it with my account, but it appears that my sign in name is not connected to my account, for some unknown reason. The last time I logged in the regular was earlier in February.

FIXED!!!! omg it was too simple. Somehow my login info got changed (I keep a password book...so what worked when I signed up changed). I changed my login info to match what is now showing and it works.
