Hello to you all;

I'm starting the K1 visa process and on the first place I am filling the G-325A form. I am the foreign fiancée. I have a question and I'd be grateful if someone could help me!

When you are required to introduce all your actual/old addresses for the last 5 years, the address where I live now won't be my address in a few months (I'm a student and when my master finishes I'll return at my parent's home). How could I clarify that on the form? Perhaps attaching a paper and explaining the situation? I wouldn't want to recieve my interview call from the embassy in other address.

Thank you all! I hope I explained it well.

You don't have anything to worry about! :)

First, any mail that you get will be sent to the US citizen's address, not the foreign fiancee, since it is the US citizen who's officially petitioning for you.

Second, the addresses that "count" for mailing and official records for both you and your fiance are the ones on the I-129f, not he one on the G-325a.

On the G-325a, if you wanna do everything strictly correct, just put the address you are living right now as current. That's the truth at the time of filling the form.  You are not supposed to get any mail from USCIS, but if you are still worried, just put your parent's address or your fiance's US address on the I-129f, part 2, "Alien Fiancé(e)'s Mailing Address"  and their name in the "In care of Name" question. I put my fiance's US address in that part and didn't have a problem. This address can be different than your physical one (Part 2, question 29).

This part is just how it worked in my country, so I'm only 95% sure that it'll be the same for you: it was my fiancee (US citizen) who received an email (not mail) from my embassy telling him that they were ready to see me, etc. So no matter what, you shouldn't have a problem by stating where you live currently, even though you won't be there in a couple of months.

By the time you have your embassy appointment, you'll have to fill other forms and you can put your updated physical address there.

This form does not require you to list all future addresses.  Once the I-129f petition is approved and sent to the embassy, as the beneficiary you will be completing your visa application the DS160.  You can list your new address at that time.

You can review the K1 flow chart to see the steps involved
