Oh oh @David&Femke I'm afraid this might happen to us too! Our Case Status still saying they received our Form I-129F and we should wait until March 3! This waiting is killing me! And we just started lol

I know how you feel. Long distance was never easy, but were so ready to start a life togther, and becuase we dont want to miss anything inportent we keep checking up on the case, it makes the wait feel so much longer. we just desided to take a vacation together when the Noa1 is finally in, tobreak up the wait a bit.

So we called last night and finally found out why we have not received the letter. We live in Spain, and they don't send letter abroad  lol

I do not know if that information appears anywhere, but we did not see it! We have changed the address to her sister's in US. And we have been told that they are forwarding the letter,  we have also been assured that this does not imply any delay in the process (really hoping is true)

What a stupid mistake!! lol

wouw you would think thay sent you a e-notification if they are not sending it, they could have sayd something weeks ago.

But atleast now you know what is going on.

So in conclusion it seems fair to say that for the K1 if you are waiting for more then 3 weeks for the NAO1 to arrive. There is a good change something dit happen to your mail, and you should just call them, they might already have some information, even if your 30 days are not up yet.

call them on this number 1-800-375-5283 if you get a message from them to say something is wrong before the 30 days, or if you don't wantt o wait. , or wait for 30 days and then you can request to have it resent to you trough the webside www.uscis.gov/e-request.
