You can concurrently file the I-130 with the I-485 in most cases:

What visa did you enter on? Through what basis are you filing for AOS (i.e. immediate relative of a USC? immediate relative of an LPR?)?

Then you're fine to concurrently file. Overstay is ignored for AOS purposes for the spouse of a USC.

 

That said, until you file you have no legal status in the US and are deportable. Once you file AOS, you will have legal status.

 

Edit: I suggest also concurrently filing for AP (I-131) and your EAD (I-765). this will allow you to leave the US for short periods of time, and to work in the US. Those are free to file with AOS, and take about 90 days for approval.

I'll defer to others as I am less knowledgeable about the specifics of the I-485 form. My instinct says it's box a - everything in that meets your circumstances except having the I-130 approved already (which is what concurrent filing is to avoid).

Incidentally, I'd do this post-haste! File those forms, quickly. Up until just recently, people who entered with WT or WB status were not allowed to adjust status. Obama changed that, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if Trump tries to change it back. So make sure your applications go in right away, before that window closes!
