What prompts do you use from the NVC  menu? I was pressing 7 - for all other inquiries.  But i'm on hold for like almost an hour, and still nothing

Hi! Before my case was closed I was selecting option 7. Today when I called I selected option 4 (to schedule or confirm interview date) and was only on hold for about 20 minutes. However keep in mind that when the volume of calls are too high you can't even select an option you just simply have to wait.

I'm still on hold... i tried 3 this time and am still on hold ... 30 mins now.  I don't know if my case is complete so I don't think I can select 4

Tamivy have you checked on line for the famous 3 N/A's ? Unless you are employment based you should be able to see them. The  3 N/A's mean case complete!

Where do I see that?

You need to log in to link below and put in your information..for now you should only see 2 N/A the one under Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence and other under Civil Documents....When you see the N/A UNDER AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT FEE THAT's when your case is complete! https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspxScreenshot_20170207-200911.png
