question about G-325a

My fiancee has a 20-year old daughter who will be remaining in the Philippines and not be applying for a visa.  However, it appears that since she is under age 21 I must still show her on the I-129.  If that is the case, must I also submit a G-325a from her since she will not be applying for a visa?  Also, must I show her on the I-134 when that is submitted?

The G-325A is for both, you (petitioner) & foreign fiancé/e (beneficiary), to complete.  You must list "ALL" your foreign fiancé/e's child(ren) on the I-129F.  Regardless if the child is a minor or not.

Thanks everyone for the help.  I think what I will do is include a statement with the I-129 that I will not be applying for a visa for the child listed on the I-129 so they will know why I did not include a G-325a for her.

There is no way to add that amendment to the I-129F as it does NOT pertain to any of the questions.   The amendment would be #letter <amendment>, etc.

The G-325a is for YOU and YOUR fiancé/e's biological background form ONLY - it does NOT have a thing to do with her daughter that is an ADULT and whom is NOT filing for Visa.

You are making this way harder than it needs to be.  Under your fiancé/e's details of the I-129F you must list all her child (under which husband they are from).  Just because their names are on the I-129F doesn't mean you are filing a Visa for them.

Read the instructions please instead of assuming.  You've asked for help we've given you the proper steps to take and you are still choosing to do it your own way.
