Ok it was the senate but this is a better title.  Ok in all seriousness I thought that Ashton Kutcher did a brilliant job yesterday.

Kutcher has used his celebrity for good in helping create an app called Spotlight.  Spotlight has helped identify over 2000 victims of child trafficking in the past 6 months.  His impassioned speech mentioned having seen FBI video of children as young as his own being forced to do unquestionable acts.  They're so mentally conditioned that they see it as play.  It's horrifying.

 

this isn't a "shut up and act" debate, let's face it he's not a great actor.

Lol true I did enjoy that movie.

 

i do think that his time with Demi Moore matured him.  This isn't his first foray into serious issues.  He basically said that his Teen Choice award was bull spit and told the kids not to worry about being cool or cute but be smart.  I actually respected it
