Location for  petitoner is Penssylvania USA. And planning to submit  the K1 Fiance Visa. Now  curious which lockbox  to send the Fiance Visa if the Petitoner  is living in Pennsylvania?  Thanks for any info.

There is only one lockbox, and all cases are sent to it. You can find the address listed on this page: https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f They will open it, and then it will be routed to the only current service center that handles K1 cases, which is California Service Center.
