Hi guys, 

 

I'm about to file for Adjustment of Status for a second time (first time I was denied due to my husband not meeting the requirements for affidavit of support) our financial situation has since changed and we're ready to file. I completed biometrics the first time, will I need to do it again? Or will they still have everything on file from the first time? 

 

My original biometrics was completed on July 08 2016.

Biometrics, once captured, are only valid for 15 months. Your current biometrics will remain valid until ~October 2017.

 

This means if your I-485 hasn't been adjudicated by October then you should receive another biometrics appointment shortly afterwards.

Day 400 (2/7/19) Denial revoked; N-400 approved; oath ceremony set for 2/14/19

Day 407 (2/14/19) Oath ceremony in Dallas, TX
