Thank you. Ok, so you're a K1. Did you have all your vaccinations done as a part of your overseas medical? If you did and DS-3025 is marked complete you don't need to do the i-693. The overseas medical is valid for a year after the date is was performed and then one year after submission of the AOS

If you are a K1 and you are filling I-485 within a year of when your medical exam took place, you don't need to include a I-693. Did you get a sealed envelope in your visa package saying 'Only use for I-854' or do you have your DS-3025? Send a copy of that form or the envelope.

01/13/2016: I-129F filed  07/15/2016: K-1 visa in hand
10/13/2016: Filed AOS + EAD/AP.   07/07/2017: Permanent resident (Conditional)
04/16/2019: Filed ROC  11/17/2020: Approved. (10 yr GC)

I have a copy of my medical exam ( that one before interview) and it is not complete. I made my Tdap 3 years ago, but they did not except it. I think i have to do that one again

Thank you for respond. Yes, i do have it. So i just need to send it, even if it is not complete? Sorry for so stupid questions

If the DS-3025 is marked complete then you are okay to send only that. If not you have to get whatever shots you are missing for it to be complete and have a civil surgeon transcribe the vaccination part to a i-693 and send that. You are not required to have the whole medical again but some civil surgeons aren't aware that they can fill in only the vaccination part of the i-693 and will in error tell you  that you need to do the whole medical. Many ppl have had a hard time finding someone for this.
