Hello,

 

RE: filing my AOS following marriage to a USC whilst on a K1 visa, please can someone kindly help clarify the following...

 

(a) do we submit only just one G-325a forms for only myself (the alien applicant)?

(b) do we submit only 6x passport photos of myself (alien applicant) only (ie no passport photos of my USC husband) at this stage?

Yes... most information relates to the alien at this stage. Number of pictures sounds too high, but it is only for the alien as well

a) yes

b) if also filing i-131 and i-765, yes

 

This is your application... it's based on your marriage to your husband but you are the one applying...they don't need his information for that

Trawling through visa journey resources I think I need 2x passport photos for each of 3x forms (G-325A, I-765, I-131) I'm submitting in my AOS package. But please let me know if I've got this wrong! :)
