Hi everybody,

I hope someone can help me. I'm french and will soon get married to my girlfriend, who is a U.S. citizen. I will be there for vacations and I'll go back to france after the wedding. Then we'll start the CR1 process (we chose that option to avoid the 3 months without a work permit after entering when doing a K-1 visa)

When researching about the I-130 form, I saw the question C 21 (if filling for your spouse, give the last adress at which you lived together) and I'm not sure how we should answer.

The only times we "lived together" were when we were on vacation, me going to her place in america or her coming to my place in france, but even one of these times she stayed about 3 months in france with me, I'mnot sure if it counts legally as "living together".

If someone is sure about what we should say, please let me know ;)

I hope my explanation was clear. Don't hesitate to ask for clarification if needed.

Thanks.

Just write "none" or some such; it is quite common that spouses have not lived together, as you live in different countries, so this is nothing unusual and will not count against you.
