Hi all,

based on your experience, do you have any approximations as to how long an I134 will be accepted after it has been signed? My fiancé signed his Nov 30th so he could bring all the documents with him rather than sending the originals in the mail.. but my visa appointment won't be until March (based on timeline predictions). Are they going to ask for a more up to date one or is that not going to be an issue?

Thanks!

I could be wrong on this, but I'm pretty sure the validity of them is six months.

The larger issue might be that the I-134 your fiance signed is no longer valid. If it was the two page one, that one is no longer valid as of February this year - so you'll need to fill out the new one, which is seven pages.

shoot... how on earth did I miss that?!?!? I guess we were so distracted by waiting for an RFE response that we didn't pay attention to the forms being updated. THANK YOU for pointing that out...!!!
