question about unconventional employment

so i'm a self-employed entrepreneur i guess you could say.  i get work from various non-regular sources such as personal assistant work, pet-sitting, modeling, serving at parties, random gigs of craigslist... so, i'm putting on my form that i'm self-employed and i'll briefly list some of my sources of income i suppose.  most all of my income is in cash but i file my taxes so it's documented that way.  anyway, my question is how much verification and questions do they care about for my employment?  since my employment tends to be more informal and random it's not very documented.  so will i be alright just providing them with the description and explanation as well as my tax returns?

thanks very much!!

With self employed, it is line 22 of your tax return that counts, of you are comfortably over the poverty line for the last few years, you should be ok.

You might include a year's worth of bank statement for support.
