Yes. And two of derivatives not invited.

When is your interview? Which country?  I know in India no one is allowed in the building unless you have interview letter.  So what we did for cousin was we sent the embassy and NVC email asking them when the my cousin's name wasn't there so NVC sent us a reply that parents should take him to the interview with them,  officer will decide.  But luckily they send all him paperwork before his parents interview.  I would suggest to make sure you gey something in written from NVC that you kids are allowed to go with you.

If you mind sharing your pd date, approval date  kids DOB I can look to see what that error is.....

Our pd is in late 2002. And took 3 years to approve.

When filling the cspa calculator what should be entered as "visa bulletin current date" ???

I m confused it means:

1_ the date which appear currently in visa bulletin september 2017 for f4 ?

Or

2_ the date when first my pd became current??? Sometime in 2015

Plz help. Thanks

When is your interview?  Your pd became current in 2015? I m confused now. People may be able to help you if you post your exact pd date, your approval date,  your kids dob and your interview date

NVC told us that the officer will make final decision.

Ask Visa officer that you have child that may qualify for CSPA...he will ask for dob etc n will make final decesion

Go with all there papers...if they qualify officer will call kids inside..

But you can check online whether they r eligible or not..

F4 - India - PD - 23rd March 2003

- Received COA 14th May 2015

- Received Visa and reached to US in Feb 2016

Make sure you take the following for kids with you to interview AOS, PCC, valid passports,  and birth certificates. They will have to fill out ds230  if they are quality for visa.

Finally we got to where we were like 5 months ago. Very frustrating!! Hope nobody has to go through this ridiculous journey that does not seem to end ever.
