PD:  Dec 2nd, 2005

Country : Pakistan

No WL letter yet, email NVC and they replied after a month saying "Your case is in the transition of processing electronically through the Department of State's Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC) at https://ceac.state.gov/iv. We will send detailed instructions to the petitioner, principal applicant, and/or attorney of record within 4 to 5 weeks. Please resubmit your inquiry if you have not received any information after 5 weeks. Thank you for your patience; we look forward to working with you."

My calculations are based on mathematical calculations , as F3 category waiting time is 12 yrs 4 mth so by may 12 yrs would be finished, in another 4 mth person get visa interview.

So by all means, they needed to run 2nd chart this month.

Hey

Your calculations sounds logic to me.. it takes less than 4 months to complete the process, so maybe after 12 yrs we will begin paperwork. One thing is lingered in my mind ... how accurate is the info .. wait time being 12 yrs 4 months. ? R u absolutely sure that's the wait time?
