Timeline

Hello, I am preparing packing on Removing Conditions so I would like to check if I have everything needed:

 

-Completed I-751 petition filled and signed by both of us

-Check $ to the U.S. Department Of Homeland Security

-Photocopy of front and back of Green Card

 

-Copy of Birth Certificate of our child

-three sworn and notarized affidavits of our friends

-photocopies of bank statements showing joint account

-photocopies of our bank cards showing joint account

-photocopies of health insurance cards showing a joint health insurance policy

-photocopies of auto insurance cards showing a joint car insurance policy

-photocopies of federal and state tax transcript showing married filling jointly for the previous two years

-documentation of our vacation

-photos

-photocopies of cards addressed to both of us

 

Anything else what do you think?

This list looks like good evidence to me.  Do you have a mortgage, title, or lease for where you live together that you could include?  I would also suggest a cover letter.

I agree with Gingersnap regarding the cover letter.  We also included Wills and Living Wills, and utility bills that are in both of our names.
