6 months after entering still no GC

Hi All , 

 

my wife entered the US after her petition was granted ( I-130) on august 4 

we payed the fees a day before ( $165 ) 

 

on sept 12 the status on our application changed to card was ordered to be produced 

since then we have not gotten any information oin the card 

we have called them numerous times and they opened a service ticket as well 

and told us to wait 90 days 

 

this was their last email communication 

You or your representative contacted USCIS to notify us that you have not received your Permanent Resident Card (PRC). Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.
A request has been made to produce your Permanent Resident Card with the available biometrics.  If we are unable to produce your card with the available biometrics, a request will be made to schedule a biometrics appointment.  You should receive either your Permanent Resident Card or a biometrics appointment notice within the next 90 days.  If you do not receive any correspondence within the next 90 days, please contact customer service.

Is there anyone else on the same boat as us ? 
 or can someone help us on what should we do ?

Are you saying that you have waited 90 days? Because they say wait 90 days and then contact customer service. Would like to see how this turns out.
