Hi.. i want to bring my wife to United States.. My income is low right now but my brother is willing to sponsor her. We live in the same house. Does he have to fill out a I-864 or I-864A? or what is process?

If you are filing taxes on the same address then he can use I864A and on your I864 put him under household member. Don't forget to sign on his I864A sponsor section.

The preferable form to use would be the I-864 if he makes enough to sponsor 2 people.  Otherwise the household count is 3 and you have to prove your relationship to your brother and also that you live at the same address.

You = I-864

Brother = I864
