You did biometrics for I-485 and that's done and over with!  so why are you worried????

This update is for I-360 regarding your prima facie renewal request

Hello guys! Just wondering how long is it taking for the EAD (c)(9) to arrive from received date (filed on march after i-360 approval which was on feb.)

and how long after EAD received to AOS interview? (Again, file after i-360 approval on feb)

or how do i check this info myself thank you!

You can check the USCIS processing times website. It is not always accurate but gives you a general time frame. on top of that page it says too that you can send an inquiry if you haven't heard from them in 75 days. Use notice date instead of receipt date if those are different dates.

C(9) may take 2-3 months, or even longer currently. Using following site to check status, call for service request after 75 days:

https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

File DHS 7001 after 90 days online or attached a complete form DHS-7001: https://www.dhs.gov/case-assistance

Have you filed EAD C(31) before I-360 approval? If you did, it should be approved soon after your I-360 approval. If not, you can still file EAD under c(31) based on your I-360 approval notice, and then use whichever comes first.

I helped a lady filed I-485/I765 after filing I-360, her EAD took about 3 months.

It is case by case. You could visit this page to get an idea: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do

Once you have your EAD, you can apply for SSN, then driver license and find a job.

Hi Sandra, thank you. Yes, I submitted hospital records and psychological evaluation. But still, I  feel a lot of uncertainty. Because we have a child too and if I get deported like what happens to the child. I mean, just a lot of things i am afraid of.

Cameron if you submitted hospital records and a psychological evaluation then probably you will be able to prove the abuse.Regarding bonafide marriage, USCIS adjudicates VAWA cases using different standards than the standards used to adjudicate family based petitions.

Vermont considers "any credible evidence" to prove bonafide marriage and abuse .You have a daughter with him, this is considered primary evidence, and if you explained well in your affidavit why you do not have one by one of the primary evidence you should be ok.

miloy USCIS does not adjudicate the  I-485, just the local office. If  you submitted the I-485 along with form I-360  then after 6/8months  you will have a decision about your VAWA, once approved the  I-360  the case is transferred to the NBC and after 30/60 days the NBC will transfer the case to the local office, some local offices may take 2/3 months to set up the interview and others can take 5/7months to set up the interview.

B.Km CONGRATULATIONS. USCIS approved many cases that I handled too and they never  submitted  the approval notice.

You don't have to do anything now.USCIS will ship your case to the NBC and from the NBC to the local office.Your interview probably will set up within 4/6months.

File an e-request online to inquire about your I-75, contact your congress person to inquire about the I-765 as well if you submitted the I-765 more than  3 months ago.
