G1145 With the ROC Submission

Getting ready to submit our ROC package (just under the wire for the fee increase), and had a last minute question. Can we include the G1145 with this submission? I searched the guides, and other places online, and I don't see anything referencing this unlike the AOS or K1 guides.

I'm not sure it is applicable for ROC. Here are what the instructions say:

Use this form to request an electronic notification (e-Notification) when U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services accepts your immigration application. This service is available for applications filed at a USCIS Lockbox facility.

The ROC is sent directly to a Service Center (California or Vermont) - not to a lockbox.

Nothing in the ROC forums (at least the ones I participate in!) has ever mentioned the G-1145 for ROC.
