when to expect my noa2

hi family, my case have been sent to nigeria from the nvc, I dont know when to get my case no and I want to know if it is ok that my noa2 has not been sent to us..

and also i'v denied with b1 b2 visa 4times within two years. will it affect my interview?

Please need some reply. Thanks

you should fill out your timeline , tourist visa denials dont affect k1 visa ,ull need to declare u got denied a us visa in the ds 160


 

AOS

05/04/17 - Biometric appointment

05/17/17 - Case ready to be scheduled for interview

07/20/17 - EAD/AP Approved

07/25/17 - GC interview scheduled

07/27/17 - EAD/AP in hand

08/14/17 - GC interview , approved =)

08/18/17 - GC approval notice letter

08/21/17 - GC in hand

 

 

ROC

05/16/19 - Earliest  to apply

Usually, visitor visa denials have no affect on a K-1. However, 4 denials in 2 years make it look like you are desperate to get to the US and may affect your credibility depending on who you said you were visiting in the US and your reasons for visiting.

About the NOA 2: It shouldn't be an issue, but you might need the hardcopy for AOS later on. If it's been more than 30 days since your text/email for NOA 2, call USCIS and ask them to send a duplicate. It could've been lost in the mail or someone could've made a mistake when sending it. Since your case is already on it's way to the embassy abroad, it's probably been at least 2-3 weeks since approval, so I would when the 30 days is up.

02/16/17 Medical Appointment
03/07/17 Interview- APPROVED!
