Hello! I need help because we receive an RFIE it says the petitioner did not meet 125% of the poverty guidelines. And that we are ask to submit evidence of assets to meet the standard or obtain a joint sponsor. Upon checking we found out that we filled the wrong amount for my husband's income, that in fact my husband income yearly is $21,000 and he is living alone. What we put in the 1-864 is only $17,499 which is his income in 2015, but in 2016 it increase to $21,000 a year. We can't find any joint sponsor and he don't have any other assets. Please help us what to do.

How is he living alone? You don't live with him?

Fill out a new I-864 correctly. Submit financial documents like tax transcripts, pay stubs, etc as evidence. Write a cover letter explaining the mistake.
