Hi Guys

I filed a case for Adjustment of status (Green Card) along with the EAD. But today I received an email that USCIS requires initial evidence for my case to continue. I am so confused and frustrated as well :@ because I sent all the Docs they required. I don't know what they want now because I haven't received the letter yet.

Is it something to worry about?
And my other question is
Can I work while waiting for EAD or its not allowed?

Hi, Yeah they may have lost something. Happens all of the time just try to get whatever they are asking for as soon as possible even if you know you already sent it. That means it got lost and evenn if it is their fault you have to still comply. Good luck.

No you can not work without EAD. There is no point worrying until you get the RFE, It could be for something as simple as a missed signature.

Thanks for help

Can't even work for cash like a small cafe job?
