I need how do I cancel a case that has already been Approved after the interview but was placed under admin processing and now they completed the admin processing and want to issue the visa. The reason am cancelling this visa is and by the way am the petitioner. I think I rushed into this marriage before knowing this man very well and I now have 2 kids with him. He has been very abusive he strangled me several times and he also lied about his country of citizenship

Contact the embassy via email and provide a letter saying you are withdrawing both I-130 and I-864. You'll give your petitioner details (full name, DOB and POB) and beneficiary details in the body of the email. Subject should have your NVC assigned case number and withdrawal request.

Send the same letter to NVC and USCIS.

Was his visa issued and you're trying to stop him from coming to the US or there's still time before they issue the visa?

Hope you provided some evidence of his abuse. Pictures, letters, police report ( not sure how easy to get police report in Addis). Even if u hv already submitted the cancelation email, go ahead and submit the evidence and reference the first email. You can even go to your senator or congressmans office in the USA. If still in Addis, email the embassy and ask for cancelation and also ask for an emergency appointment. Take the evidence also with you to the appointment if granted an appointment. Either ways, all the suggestions others game should work. He is a tota!
